I am currently a Ph.D. student at the Institute of Genomics Statistics and Bioinformatics under the supervision of Prof. Peter Krawitz. I am interested in using deep learning & machine learning models to solve bioinformatics problems. I am currently working on analyzing the impact of dietary intervention(s)/synbiotics on the gut-brain axis. I am focusing on the role of the gut microbiome in the intervention projects.
